is regarded as one of the foremost up and coming fine art
photographers in the country. Recently he has broken into the
international scene with his erotic works thanks to his inclusion in
JADE
Magazines The Special Reserve Collection and his feature in
JADEs July 2005 issue.
His style is simple and elegant, focusing on balance and symmetry of
the objects, structures and people he sees.
Dean lives on the outskirts of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in the small
town of Heidelberg. He is currently employed by The Pittsburgh
Tribune-Review where he holds the position of Chief Digital Imaging
Specialist, but don’t let that fool you, he is purist when it
comes to shooting. Only using film as his medium, TMAX and Tri-X are
his staples. Although talk of him going digital have come about,
don’t look for it anytime soon.
