John is a self-taught photographer who has been involved in the art form for twenty two years.  In 2002, John left a career as an engineer to pursue his dream of being a full time artistic photographer.

The focus of his photography for many years had been landscape and still life.  However, in the past year, John has been concentrating on people photography.  The majority of his photographs are shot with a medium format camera.  All of his black and white prints are made in his dark room.
